But this lovely couple might serve as your inspiration to make you realize that undergoing operations for your transition is not bad after all, especially if someone's there to support every decision you will be making.

Here's the transgender love story of Katie Hill and Arin Adrews, this video will show you their life after their surgery.

At first glance, Katie Hill and Arin Adrews look like an ordinary couple who are deeply in love with each other. They look like any other couple who were enjoying each other's company. But what everyone didn't know is recently this couple enjoying the lake couldn't wear what they are wearing now.

Two years ago, the swim girl in bikini, Katie Hills was a boy called Luke, and the boy wearing shorts was a girl called Emerald.

At the age of 18, Katie underwent gender reassignment surgery to fulfill the body that she wanted, while Arin at the age of seventeen had decided to have both breasts removed to give him the masculine body that his craving for.

Katie as a girlfriend of Arin, she supports all his decisions. She admitted that she's worried with Arin's surgery, but she knows that he'll be okay.

After the surgery, although Arin still got the scars from the surgery he's still happy because he feels more comfortable now.

"When you're transgender you learn that your outside doesn't matter, it's what's on the inside." Arin said.

After both of their surgeries, Arin can go topless and Katie can wear bikini now without anyone ever guessing about their past.

Although they are both Transgenders, they confessed that they still have some features from their past genders. However, after having both breasts removed, Arin now wanted to gain more weight, he wanted to have bigger muscles for him to look a lot more masculine.

"Being a transgender myself, me, I understand Arin probably feels better than anybody else and how good he feels. I think that bond that we have is unbreakable." Katie said.

The most important thing in their relationship is the part where both of them understands each other.
